// fit

Is a monthly plan the right fit?

A good starting point

A defined workflow, access to the necessary systems, and someone available to review decisions.

Needs a separate scope

A full software platform, open-ended transformation, or work without agreed ownership and acceptance criteria.

Discuss Your Scope
// scope and support

What the plans cover, and what they do not.

What a small automation means

A bounded workflow with an agreed input, output, and set of connected systems. It is not an open-ended feature request, and one small automation is not a complete AI agent with unlimited tasks. Complexity, available APIs, access, and acceptance criteria are agreed before work starts.

Support for delivered work

Plans include support for what we deliver: infrastructure, security, monitoring, fixes, and improvements. The exact support scope is confirmed in your engagement terms.

Third-party costs

Hosting, software licenses, model usage, and other third-party costs are a separate category and are addressed in the proposal. They are not included in the listed plan price.

Capacity is not a project count

Monthly capacity describes how much work a plan carries. It is not the number of projects running at the same time.

Plan capacity is a starting point for discussing fit. We will confirm the work, dependencies, and engagement terms before the engagement begins.

// other engagements

Work outside the monthly plans.

Need a separately scoped engagement?

Planning a new system, reviewing an existing one, or a larger build can be scoped on its own, outside the monthly plans.

// pricing questions

Pricing FAQ.

What counts as a small automation?

A bounded workflow with an agreed input, output, and set of connected systems. We will review complexity and dependencies before confirming whether it fits a plan.

What if our project needs a different scope?

We can discuss a separate engagement rather than force the work into an unsuitable plan.

Are third-party costs included?

Hosting, software licenses, model usage, and other third-party costs are addressed in the proposal. They are not included in the listed plan price.

Can we buy a plan directly on the website?

No. Start with a conversation so the scope and engagement terms can be confirmed.

Let’s find the right fit.

A 30-minute introduction is enough to see which plan, if any, fits the work.
