These terms apply to the evervise.com website. Work for a business is governed by the agreement between Evervise and that business, and use of the Evervise console by the console terms of service. Where they differ from these terms, they win.

1. Information on this website

The website describes our services, plans, and way of working. It is general information, not an offer that creates a contract. Plans, prices, scope, and terms are confirmed in writing before an engagement begins, and a form request or a booked call does not commit either side to a project.

2. Examples and results

Examples on this website show the kinds of work a focused build can address. They are not a promise of a specific result for your business.

3. The website assistant

The chat assistant on our homepage is an AI demo. It can be wrong, and it cannot agree prices, deadlines, or terms on our behalf. Do not share passwords or sensitive personal information with it.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not try to break, overload, or probe the website, the assistant, or the forms.
• Do not use the forms or the assistant to send spam, or content you are not allowed to share.

5. Intellectual property

The website, its text, design, illustrations, and the Evervise name and logo belong to Evervise. Names and website images of clients shown in our work belong to those clients. You may link to our pages; do not copy them as your own.

6. Liability

We keep the website accurate and available with reasonable care, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted or contain an error. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made only on the basis of the website content.
