Privacy Notice

This notice covers the evervise.com website. Evervise ("we") builds and runs AI agents for businesses. If you use the Evervise console or are a customer of one of our clients, the console privacy policy applies to that use. Questions go to support@evervise.com.

1. What we collect, and why

• Intro requests. When you send the contact form we receive your first and last name, email address, company if you give it, your message, and the service or plan you selected. We use them only to reply to you and to discuss your request. We send you one email confirming that the request arrived.
• Website chat. If you write to the assistant on our homepage, your messages are sent to Anthropic to produce the reply. We keep the questions and answers, linked to a shortened one-way code of your connection, not to your name, so we can improve the assistant and stop abuse.
• Visit statistics. When a page loads we record the page address, the page you came from, your screen size, and your browser type. We use this to see which pages are read. It is not linked to your name or email.
• Scheduling. If you choose a time, you book it on Calendly. Calendly collects what its form asks for under its own privacy policy, and sends us the booking details.

2. Cookies

The website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and loads no third-party analytics scripts. Calendly may set its own cookies when you open it.

3. Who else sees the data

Our web hosting provider stores the website and the request log. Email providers carry the messages between you and us. Anthropic processes website chat messages to produce the reply and, under its business terms, does not use them to train its models. We do not sell data, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.

4. How long we keep it

We keep intro requests and our correspondence for as long as we are discussing or working with you, and delete them on request when there is no legal reason to keep them. Chat logs and visit statistics are kept for up to 12 months.

5. Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, receive a copy, or object to a use of it. Write to support@evervise.com; we answer within 30 days. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may complain to your data protection authority.

6. Changes

When this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
